This is genius!

It's striking that I concocted a not dissimilar retelling of MLA in tweets and links, only in a different medium. Twitter and the rest of the online network really was THE story.

Here's the link to Skin for anyone who may be interested in some decidedly non-digital literature.

This is terrific. Yes, it was pretty funny being asked by the Executive Committee of MLA to do a panel on "Humanities 2.0" featuring winners of the HASTAC/MacArthur Foundation Digital Media and Learning Competition and then learn, technologically speaking, we'd be Humanities 0.0. Powerpoint. Really. We had to make and show videos of interactivity. On the other hand, several of us at HASTAC have blogged the sessions (here's a great account of the Twitter session by one of its members, HASTAC Scholar John Jones: http://www.hastac.org/node/1876) and there are also other recountings plus a video of two of the talks at the Humanities 2.0 session. Thanks for this terrific blog roll, Amanda. Best, Cat
